Q: I need collection of packaging in another European country, who should I contact?
A: Contact the EPC-Member in your country. He will give you advise and help. You will receive a quotation for the products or services you ask for.

Q: In which condition is a packaging defined as empty?
A: Step 1: For a proper reconditioning of a drum or IBC, all former contents must be removed. An "empty" drum means that the drum must be as empty as possible using practices commonly employed to remove materials from packaging, including pouring, pumping and aspirating. If there is more than 0,5 % of the packaging volume of residual material in the bottom of the drum, it is not empty. These packaging may be rejected by the members of the EPC.(See also conditions)
